IMike is a highly regarded geologist, and a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame. He has been involved in numerous successful discoveries and developments that highlight over 40 years of senior exploration and mining experience. He joined Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Co. Ltd. in 1955 and held various positions including Chief Geophysicist, Senior Project Geologist and became Assistant Superintendent of Exploration and Development. From 1970 to 1984 Mike was a senior executive for Granges Exploration overseeing the eventual sale of the company to MIM, and was the discoverer of the Trout Lake Ore body at Flin Flon, Manitoba. This deposit has been in continuous production since 1984.

In 1984, Mike became President and C.E.O. of Granges taking revenues from $4 million to $65 million per year. He became Chairman and C.E.O. of Hycroft Resources, a large open pit, heap leach gold deposit and was responsible for increasing production to over 100,000 ounces of gold per year. Mr. Muzylowski was the 1988 recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada Developer Of The Year Award, in recognition of the some seventeen (17) ore bodies in which he was involved in discovering. The majority (13) of those mining operations are in the province of Manitoba where Callinex has it's focus. Mike was also involved with the sale of the Windspear company and its Snap Lake Diamond Project to DeBeers.

Mr. O'Donnell has over 23 years of experience in base and precious metal mineral exploration and mining operations. Mr. O'Donnell is a graduate of Brandon University (B.Sc. Geology, 1987) and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Mr. O'Donnell brings 18 years of mining and exploration experience within the Flin Flon --Snow Lake Greenstone belt, where Callinan Mines holds a large majority of its exploration assets. Notably, Mr. O'Donnell served for 8 years as Senior Mine Geologist for HudBay Minerals' 777 Mine in Flin Flon, Manitoba. Prior to his tenure at HudBay, Mr. O'Donnell enjoyed four year term with Granges Exploration exploring for base and precious metals in central Canada.

Ms. Edwards entered the mining business after spending eleven years at CHC Corporation in various roles, the most recent being Director of Business Information -- Global Operations. She graduated from Centennial College in Toronto in 1983 with a degree in Business. Ms. Edwards then went on to earn her Certified Management Accountant designation after several years of increasing accounting responsibilities in both public and private companies.

Dr. Shnider is a retired M.D. Now living on Vancouver Island, he was a long-term resident of Flin Flon and has deep ties to the community.

Mr. Slade has an illustrious career in mining and exploration, including a 33-year stint with Falconbridge. In his time with Falconbridge, he was the V.P. in charge of Canadian Nickel and Copper operations and president of the Candian Nickel Division. His directorships include, Falconbridge Copper, Pamour Porcupine Mines Ltd., Belmoral Mines Ltd. and Eldorado Nuclear Ltd.

A resident of Switzerland, Mr. Civelli's expertise lies in the area of international financing, primarily resource ventures.
