Mike Muzylowski, B.Sc., Geology

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Muzylowski is a highly regarded geologist, and a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame. He has been involved in numerous successful discoveries and developments that highlight over 50 years of senior exploration and mining experience. He joined Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Co. Ltd. in 1955 and held various positions including Chief Geophysicist, Senior Project Geologist and became Assistant Superintendent of Exploration and Development. From 1970 to 1984 he was a senior executive for Granges Exploration overseeing the eventual sale of the company to MIM, and was the discoverer of the Trout Lake Ore body at Flin Flon, Manitoba. This deposit has been in continuous production since 1984.

In 1984, Mr. Muzylowski became President and C.E.O. of Granges taking revenues from $4 million to $65 million per year. He became Chairman and C.E.O. of Hycroft Resources, a large open pit, heap leach gold deposit and was responsible for increasing production to over 100,000 ounces of gold per year. Mr. Muzylowski was the 1988 recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada Developer Of The Year Award, in recognition of the some seventeen (17) ore bodies in which he was involved in discovering. The majority (13) of those mining operations are in the province of Manitoba where Callinex has it's focus. Mr. Muzylowski was also involved with the sale of the Windspear company and its Snap Lake Diamond Project to DeBeers.
 

Max Porterfield

Chief Executive Officer, President, Director

Located in Vancouver, Mr. Porterfield is an executive with over eight years of experience within natural resources and financial markets. Previously, Mr. Porterfield managed investor relations for two well respected resource companies, Brazil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BRI) and Uranium Energy Corp (NYSE-MKT: UEC). In addition, Mr. Porterfield was previously Vice-President of Institutional Services at U.S. Global Investors, a boutique investment management firm with a longstanding history of expertise in precious metals and natural resources. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
 

Tamara Edwards

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Edwards entered the mining business after spending eleven years at CHC Corporation in various roles, the most recent being Director of Business Information - Global Operations. She graduated from Centennial College in Toronto in 1983 with a degree in Business. Ms. Edwards then went on to earn her Certified Management Accountant designation after several years of increasing accounting responsibilities in both public and private companies.
 

Nico Civelli

Director

Mr. Civelli is a Zurich-based independent financial advisor. In this capacity, Mr. Civelli works closely with several leading European and North American private asset management companies and funds, which specialize in the natural resources sector. Mr. Civelli serves as a director of Hunter Bay Minerals Plc, as director of Terra Nova Energy Ltd. and as VP Finance of Pacific LNG (Singapore). Mr. Civelli studied at the Universities of Zurich and St Gallen in Switzerland before completing a Masters Degree in Applied Finance at the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.
 

Michael Louie

Director

Mr. Louie is a principal in D+H Group LLP, a Vancouver based Chartered Accounting Firm. Mr. Louie has considerable experience working on behalf of First Nations groups as well as a familiarity with the Canadian mining business and Canadian accounting practices. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia.
